Is connecting with community and building a brand important to you? Do you understand how to build and execute on a sales and marketing plan? Then our new theater model will be for you!

You will engage in the community and on social media to develop a brand that surpasses a typical movie theater, and is a beacon for education, collaboration and growth. Your role will be to make connections, development strategic partnerships, create the marketing plan, have ongoing meetings with community business and partners and communicate our vision. Our goal is to ensure our guests have an unmatched experience that is culturally enriching, community connecting, and bringing together all in a way that creates unity and justice in our world. It will be for our new Marketing Manager to tell the story.

Some specific tasks will include:

  • Build relationships and partner with community leaders, other service based businesses and corporate partners to engage in our space and programming.
  • Create marketing plan and messaging for initial 6 months of change from past perceptions.
  • Engage with theater leadership to bring dynamic ideas and revenue streams.
  • Provide extended community engagement through private rentals and events.

We anticipate that qualified candidates will have a passion for connecting, community building and communications. Experience in developing and executing sals and marketing plans in a consumer facing product or service that includes community engagement and social media will be helpful.

Must be able to work in Highland Park IL on a regular basis. Due to the nature of the movie theater business you must be flexible with hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
