Internet Sales Manager

We are looking for an Internet Sales Manager who is energetic, passionate, highly motivated and ready to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With sales volume on the rise, we need an Internet Sales Manager with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)

  • Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt

  • Meet and greet prospects (by appointment)

  • Present and demonstrate inventory

  • Receive credit applications (manually and online)

  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications

  • Understand and implement dealership sales process

  • Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards

  • Take digital photos for posting on website

  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • Outgoing personality with strength at developing relationships and sales team members

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • One year of Automotive Internet Sales or Automotive Sales Management experience preferred

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Drive to succeed in a self-starting environment

  • Strong computer skills/Tech Savvy
