Linear Roofing & General Contractors is seeking highly motivated, energetic, well spoken individuals that want to join our team. This is a full commission job opportunity and is non-negotiable. If you do not want a full commission job, please do not apply.

Must be:

• 21 or older
• Coachable & Well Spoken
• Energetic & Motivated
• Have Transportation
• Willing to work a full-commission 1099 independent contractor position
• Disciplined + Self Motivated
• Willing to perform roof inspections
• Sales Experience A Plus

I'll be focused on training and preparing these individuals to be some of the top producers of the #1 re-roofing company in Texas with the potential to make $250,000 in their first year! My goal is to get you winning!

No roofing or sales experience? That's okay! You will be fully trained on the sales & project management process.

Your role will include but not limited to:

• Door knocking & Networking for leads
• Performing full home & roof inspections
• Assisting homeowners through property claims process
• Scheduling multi-level residential projects
• Communicating & working with subcontractors, adjusters and homeowners
• Supervising all contracted projects
• Collecting and finalizing all contracted jobs

This role will have flexible, self-determined hours but is a full-time role.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
