Responsibilities
If you have Automotive Sales Management experience, you know all the responsibilities this position requires to be successful.

• Provide Customer Service and train team to Earn Customers for Life
• Lead a Team to High Performance by ensuring Sales Goals are attained
• Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
• Hire and recruit Sales Team Members to grow your team
• Address and resolve customer concerns
  

Requirements:

• At least three (3) years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Experience and familiarity with various Automotive systems - CDK, Elead, vAuto, etc.
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Computer and phone savvy

The CA base salary range for this full-time position is $64,480.00 to $120,008.00. This position is eligible for commission, performance incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary range for new hire rates for the position across all CA locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
