EverCharge is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging devices and management systems and provides hardware and software EV charging solutions for fleets, multi-unit, and single-family homes. Our turnkey offerings are designed to utilize existing infrastructure to scale EV charging at the lowest cost. Our Sales Development Representative

Will be responsible for finding potential clients for our company and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new sales targets and prospects and secure meetings with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns and other sources
  • Identify targeted customers based on the company's sales focus and prioritized vertical channels
  • Work with the company's sales automation platform to create sales outreach campaigns
  • Follow a lead scoring system to qualify and generate new leads
  • Reach out to qualified leads to secure meetings for the company's sales managers/executives
  • Promote EverCharge products and services
  • Communicate with all levels of the sales organization on measurable success metrics.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine customer requirements and propose solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Title and Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $80,000, based on full-time employment.
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
