Job OverviewOne of Irelands fastest growing company's, is expanding again and are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in digital marketing and sales, in addition to managing and motivating a growing team.
Main Duties:
- Assisting Senior Management in growing and analysing online presence
- Supervise creation of online advertising
- Supervise the roll out of marketing campaigns in schools
- Manage and motivate a team of 8-12 Brand Ambassadors and Marketing Executives
- Assist these team members and identify how to help them grow
- Compile and correlate data regarding existing campaigns and plan how to further these
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing
- 3-5 years managing a team within the sales and/marketing space
- A natural motivator
- Great communication skills
- Strong software skills - eg, Meta, Google Analytics, Wordpress
- Genuine interest in promoting the culture of the company
