Impedans Ltd. is a fast-growing technology company based in Dublin, Ireland. We manufacture intelligent sensor platforms to enable smarter manufacturing of nano-tech devices such as semiconductor chips. Our customer base includes many of the world’s largest semiconductor companies.

An enthusiastic Sales Operations Specialist is required to join our growing team. This is an exciting role with huge scope for progression as the company scales to meet market requirements. The successful candidate will be process driven and keen to streamline operations to deliver top class customer service. You will be encouraged to make a mark with your own initiatives and compensated accordingly.

This is an office-based role working 9am – 5.30pm in Dublin 17 and consideration will be given to hybrid arrangements in due course.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Team and acting as the key link person between all departments and sales
  • Compiling reports using various IT systems, including quarterly and annual forecasting
  • Managing and updating customer database and files
  • Maintaining IT systems to ensure all records are up to date
  • Developing strong professional relationships with customers
  • Being part of a team who service and grow new business
  • Be part of all new initiatives and opportunities presented to grow and sustain the commercial division
  • Run the order management function of the business ensuring all orders have acceptable terms, are processed quickly and accurately and any delays are notified to the customer
  • Providing exceptional service to all our clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges and demonstrate an aptitude to continually improve these processes

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good knowledge of SAP or ability to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proven analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage workload by prioritising and working to deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
