The Fireplace Company is the leading high end Fireplace Sales, Installation and Service company in the Roaring Fork Valley. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic team player to join our inside Sales/Project Management team.

Previous construction sales a huge plus, but willing to train the right person

Salary + commission + Medical, Dental, Vision benefit plan

Job Duties:

· Welcome customers into the showroom and identify their prodcuct needs

· Quote and explain products/services to walk-in customers and contractors

· Develop an in-depth understanding of all hearth products and the operation of said products

· Maintain superior communication with other employees and customers to insure installations for customers are completed timely and meet quality standards

· Complete job specific paperwork when necessary

· Read and understand documents related to safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and installation manuals

· Communicate with builders and residential customers professionally

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Positive attitude and welcoming demeanor

· Prior sales and customer service experience

· Be able to work individually or with other team members and effectively communicate with other staff

· Ability to read blueprints a plus

· Ability to work in Google Workspace, Quickbooks, and use other Cloud technology systems for ordering and field management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
