Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership Sales experience REQUIRED .
• Open to ALL brand experience.
• CDK/ADP experience is a PLUS.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $62,400.00 to $121,200.00 , which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability .

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
