Pedrotti’s Ranch is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Associate to join our team. A Happy face is a requirement.

This sales associate will manage a customer base and be responsible for guiding them through the full Event process; providing the best customer experience possible. The individual will provide effective strategies for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will assist in ensuring team achievement of established targets. Working together with the marketing department will provide individual growth along with that of Pedrotti’s Ranch. Furthermore, serving as a great resource to the city of San Antonio.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience a MUST
• Previous experience is the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of sales process and be detail-oriented
• Maintain customer and vendor relationships
• Attend weekly meetings
• Ensure that all event details are submitted to the proper departments in a timely manner
• Have great organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft products and a simple CRM; additional computer skills would be helpful
• Complete background check to include credit and driving is required
• Bilingual would be helpful (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities: The sales Team is the heart of this business and all of the details begin here.

• Manage and guide customers through the Event process
• Answer e-mails and phone calls of potential customers with adequate response time
• Attend weekly meetings and ensure all information for event has been provided
• Social media handling
• Maximize the opportunity of turning potential leads into customers
• Understanding of Profit and Loss process along with incorporating new solutions

• Convention Groups (from outside San Antonio)
• Corporate Meetings
• Team Building
• Galas & Fundraisers
• Weddings & Quinces
• Christmas Parties
• Company Picnics
• Tradeshows
• Other customized events

This is a Salary plus Commission position. Earnings will be reflective of your efforts. Full-time or part-time with flexible hours. Requirement of 30-40 hours per week. Required to be on-site in San Antonio (Helotes), Texas at Pedrotti's Ranch. This is not a remote position. Being present at Events is required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
