A Growing Central Nassau County - Electrical, Lighting, HVAC, Industrial Automations, Plumbing Distributor and Service Company seeking a Full time - Entry Level (0 to 2 years’ experience). Someone who is detailed and adaptable to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, relay order instructions, issue invoices, and complete monthly sales reports.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

• 
  Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Expediting orders
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

• Compiling monthly sales reports
  
  Sales Administrator Requirements:

• 
  High school diploma, GED or an associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
• Must have a valid and clean driver's license to make trips to the bank and post office as needed.
• Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role but will train
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with industry software such as Eclipse, Salesforce, and Solar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
