The Role
The Salesforce Developer role is primarily responsible for Salesforce administration, configuration, development, and delivery of features that provide maximum value to our stakeholders
The Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud functionality using development and declarative solutions
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Own feature requests from ideation through deployment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Salesforce Admin 1 or Developer 1 Certification
- Two years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce org
- Knowledge of Salesforce development technologies
- e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
- Experience with developing and maintaining 3rd party integrations using REST APIs
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools
- e.g., Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and App Builder
- Agile and SCRUM methodology delivery experience
- Understanding of Salesforce architectural best practices and guidelines
e.g., Governor Limits, Security, Sharing rules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
- High level verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with using software deployment tools (Git, SFDX)
- Salesforce LiveChat and Messaging knowledge
- Experience with Power BI or other third-party reporting tools
- Proficiency in Importing/Exporting Salesforce data
