YOUR MISSION
The successful candidate will hit the ground running, bringing their experience and expertise enabling an excellent client experience every time. This is a dynamic role, seeing the consultant utilise their skills and experience to build marketing cloud solutions based on customer requirements.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Design, clearly articulate and document Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on customer’s business needs and technical requirements
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems (FTP, Salesforce, API)
- Communicate effectively with business users and management during the full lifecycle on the status of all work packages, enhancements, projects and support items
- Core Marketing Cloud (Email, Data Model and Ampscript) and Core Salesforce.com knowledge
- Lead workshops with business teams to understand requirements and create technical specification documentation based on your estimates
- Configure, to a high standard, custom solutions using native SFMC and third party products
- Ampscript proficiency is a requirement
- Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, preparedness, presentation and interpersonal skills
YOUR PROFILE
Experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant
Years of Experience required is flexible depending on Supporting Knowledge
Requirements:
- Salesforce Core Knowledge required (experience in working with Sales Cloud / Service cloud)
- Experience Working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Connector
- Ability to interact with customers – gather and document requirements.
- Ampscript Skills
- Email Studio Experience
- Journey Builder
- Contact Builder Experience / Data Model
- Web Studio / Cloud Pages Experience
- Custom Preference Centre Creation including experience updating external preference platforms
Desirable:
- Marketing Cloud API Knowledge
- Social Studio Knowledge
- Integration Experience
- Marketing Cloud Mobile Studio (SMS, Push)
