We are looking for an energetic Salon Sales Manager that will be responsible for hitting weekly sales targets for aggressive growth. In this role you will be directly interacting with all clients, upselling services and our memberships, and leveraging our talented staff to service each customer.

Responsibilities
- Meet daily and weekly salon sales goals
- Selling Moxie Blowout memberships to customers
- Upselling clients for additional services (to be serviced by staff)
- Drive traffic in the salon on slow days
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Promote services, products and discounts on social media
- Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
- Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers
Skills
- Experience in a Sales or Leadership role with beauty industry experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
- Cosmetology License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
