Lucerne Dairy Farms - Manufacturing Plant, a division of the Albertsons Companies, has been proudly providing families nourishing, wholesome, farm fresh milk for over one hundred years. We are currently searching for a 3rd Shift Sanitation Worker to join our team!

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 10pm - 6:30am

The Lucerne Dairy, located in Hatfield, PA, has an opening for a Sanitation Operator. CIP huge plus!

• Sunday – Thursday is 10:00PM-6:30AM

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble equipment for proper cleaning/sanitizing per standard operating procedures.
• Operate the CIP (clean-in-place) system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines.
• Complete record keeping items such as, but not limited to, identifying cleaning cycle times on charts, measuring cleaning concentration, examining flow rates, assessing heat up temperature and sanitizing by chemical strengths.
• Complete basic preventive maintenance of gaskets, seals, O rings, etc., on all product contact surfaces as needed.
• Responsible for performing tasks according to the plant Master Cleaning Schedule
• Must always maintain and promote a safe working environment and have a safety-first mindset.
• Follow and maintain 5S standards for work areas and comply with company GMP standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous dairy experience is preferred but not required.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Perform basic math with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity depending on time of year.
• Stand/ walk almost the entire workday.
