Front Desk Receptionist: We are excited to hire a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our front desk as a big contribution to be a part of our dynamite team in South Bend, IN and Saint Joseph, MI. As the Receptionist, you will greet and welcome patients with a smile, answer phones, schedule patients appointments, assist with ordering office supplies as needed, and maintain lobby cleanliness. Other tasks requested upon need from Dr. Harrington or team.

Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work 35-40 hours a week
