Senior Helpers is seeking a dynamic productive experienced scheduling liaison to work with our management team providing motivation and leadership to positively impact both scheduling and retention of new recruits.

These duties involve matching compatible caregivers with clients and coordinating caregiver availability with scheduling needs. We are looking for someone who can provide scheduling support, manage OT, ensure all client needs are met, and nurture new recruits coming in.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of scheduling experience directly in a home care setting, considers themselves a problem solver, with high-level energy and ability to compel and motivate others to provide needed care and make it happen- our clients need us! Exceptional customer service skills are required. Excellent matching and organizational skills are required. Office experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and e-mails
  • Scheduling & matching with high-level attention- ensuring client coverage & satisfaction
  • Liaise and coordinate with in-office professionals about schedules, clients, employees, and any changes
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
  • Motivate and lead care team to positive solutions

Requirements:

  • Some college preferred
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Office experience
  • Basic computer program knowledge
  • Private duty scheduling experience required
