Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our Agile development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team follows the Agile methodology and Scrum framework. The Scrum Master will facilitate the team’s progress, remove any obstacles that may arise, and ensure that the team is working collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices, as well as the Scrum framework
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
• Facilitate the Scrum process and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the team is aligned with the product vision and goals
• Help the team identify and remove any impediments that may impact their progress
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure that the team is tracking progress against sprint goals and delivering high-quality products on time
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and team members across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

Salary: Up to $60.00 per hour
