Job Description

American Security & Investigations LLC has immediate openings for security specialists! This position is highly trained, well rounded security expert that aids in coverage for special projects, and priority customer locations. This position is “fast track” for promotional opportunities in to future leadership positions with in American Security and the Marsden Holding Enterprise.

Job Duties:

• Committing to excellent customer service at each site you are assigned.
• Executing a high knowledge of customer locations to assist visitors, vendors and clients.
• Quickly de-escalating situations in a professional and courteous manner when possible.
• Providing consistent performance and attendance across portfolio of customers
• Matching client needs working in different environments, such as Class A, Medical, Industrial, Retail and Hospitality
• Committing to continuing education and training focusing on self-development
• Building a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
• Working with a safety-first mentality and takes safety of themselves, their team and the customers at the highest priority
• Completing tasks using a variety of different technology
• Treating co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English proficiently
• Open Availability (coverage is needed for 2nd and 3rd shifts as well as on weekends)
• Good driving record
• Willing to be Level 2 trained
• Tech. Savy (we use different programs for reporting and alarm systems)!
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
