The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional creates and implements processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in emerging markets are fully prepared for successful operations. The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional collaborates concurrently with real estate, construction, training, human resources, clinical staff and finance. Secures needed resources, and establishes/verifies key performance indicators to ensure readiness. Leads the transition to ongoing operational processes. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Clinical Degree of LPN or Medical Assistant is a MUST

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of "recent" experience in a Primary Care Clinic setting

  • Clinic Training Go Live or Tiger Team Experience

  • Prior experience with delivering presentations to all levels of leadership

  • Training Clinic Staff on overall workflow and processes (operations)

  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes

  • Microsoft Office proficiency — Word, Power Point, and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with an outgoing personality

  • 60 % Travel is Required!!!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Access proficiency — able to write Queries

  • Project Management or Six Sigma certification

Additional Information:

Standard Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00 PM, however, this position requires 60% travel to the Primary Care Organization Clinics West of the Mississippi. MUST be comfortable with this heavy travel component!

Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

Please note:

Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
