The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our team where we can offer a challenging, friendly and flexible work environment where you will play a key role in supporting our business and our employees. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a HR service in line with business needs by running the day to day HR operations activities
- Build effective, trustworthy and dynamic relationships with the Management & Leadership teams whilst building morale and increasing employee engagement within the company
- Support positive employee relations and provide professional HR advice and guidance to management on people management issues
- Foster the consistent application of Pilz policies and procedures and ensure company-wide compliance with employment legislation
- Fully participate in developing and implementing the HR strategy and various HR initiates
- Own and drive the end to end recruitment and selection process, ensuring best practice whilst sourcing the highest calibre candidates
- Administer compensation and benefit programmes
- Liaise with external providers and manage relationships
- Support and facilitate the Performance Management process ensuring best practice
- Maintenance of timekeeping and attendance software
- Update company intranet with relevant HR information as required
- Onboarding/offboarding activities
- Ensure the HR system and HR records are updated and maintained
- Provide analysis and reporting to the management team as required
- HR Project work as required
Essential Criteria
- At least six years’ experience as a HR Generalist in a software development or engineering related environment, with a minimum of two years’ recruitment experience
- A third level HR qualification and CIPD membership
- Working knowledge of HR systems specifically SAP Success Factors
- Proven ability in candidate search, engagement, recruitment and onboarding
- Experience of working closely with senior management and line managers to achieve shared company objective
- Proven ability in designing and implementing HR initiatives that support strategic business aims providing creative solutions
- Excellent understanding of Irish employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrates good judgment and is solution orientated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and Microsoft Forms
