Position Overview: The Senior Manager Solutions Design role is accountable for gathering and documenting all requirements as well as solution design for the new Warehouse Management business system and processes for functional level business process in CPS and North America Supply chain operations.


Function Specific Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • The role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the global template for Warehouse Management.
  • The role will work closely with NAOU and CPS supply chain team to understand the ERP program functionalities, systems that need to be incorporated to the program or interfaces to be built.
  • The role will provide key inputs for Process and Solution design at all NAOU, CPS, and relevant BU facilities.
  • The role will work with the Solution Delivery team and Business Partners to ensure the solution meets the requirements of global Supply Chain organizations worldwide.
  • Thought leader of associates and bottler personnel who do not directly report to candidate.
  • The lead will have experience and expertise in project management, change management, resource utilization, and On-Site ERP Deployment.
  • The role will assist in the design and execution of fully integrated SAP systems and business process across NAOU/CPS Supply Chain networks. This includes requirement gathering, solution design and functional spec development supporting all NAOU/CPS Plants and related operations.
  • The role provides key input to design and execution and successful transition to the new environment

Job Requirements:

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in Supply Chain operations with an emphasis in Warehouse Management (ie – Warehouse Master Data, Receiving and Shipping Execution, and Inventory Management)
  • Experience with a Full Cycle SAP Implementation
  • Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Years of Experience: 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge

Travel: up to 10% travel to Atlanta, US and other CPS locations will be required.
