Job summary:

The Economics & Damages (E&D) Senior Marketing Coordinator at BRG supports the the marketing initiatives for E&D by working on various marketing activities. This position works closely with E&D’s Director of Marketing & Business Development, the E&D segment (‘community)-focused marketing team, and the firm’s corporate marketing team to ensure alignment with marketing plans and strategies and quality and efficiency in delivery.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will have specific responsibilities drawn from the overall remit range:

  • Coordinate/manage all aspects of events and sponsorships such as seminars, webinars, and conferences
  • Research conference sponsorships and populate conference tracking database
  • Coordinate preparation of new marketing materials and updates to existing materials
  • Provide logistical support including but not limited to:
    • Registering attendees (ensure all complimentary passes are being utilized)
    • Ordering printed materials and branded merchandise
    • Ordering booth furniture (when applicable)
    • Coordinating shipping and handling
    • Coordinating associated dinners and receptions by serving as primary contact for restaurants and collecting food and beverage information
    • Sending post conference survey and share results with conference attendees
  • Oversee development and inventory of brochures and other marketing collateral
  • Prepare/update website content
  • Prepare/help execute content for social media campaigns
  • Assist with CRM initiatives, including data entry, data management for marketing campaigns and reporting, including:
    • Input conference registration lists
    • Input new contacts from conference attendees
    • Create and track follow action items stemming from conferences
  • Create and coordinate logistics for branded merchandise and other physical branded/marketing items for use across the practice
  • Handle execution of email campaigns
  • Help create internal communications for intranet, email communication, events and social media
  • Prepare/keep current practice-specific brochures, PowerPoint presentations, conference materials, speaker bios

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role
  • 2 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally professional services marketing
  • Keeps up-to-date on industry trends
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal presentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and innovative problem solver
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple, on-going assignments
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong presentation/PPT development skills with some visual design flair
  • Advanced skills with CRM and email marketing programs
  • Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and solutions
  • Ability to assist in the delivery of multiple projects
  • Ability to utilize analysis skills to trend and interpret information, and communicate meaningful information effectively
