The successful individual will be working within a creative team of recruiters to devise & implement a dynamic marketing strategy. You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing (Digital & traditional) and branding for the business.
Duties will include:
- Management of all Optimizes’ social media sites.
- Creating content for website & socials.
- Keeping the clients/candidates up to date with market trends.
- Designing job adverts. (canva)
- Working with the team to devise marketing campaigns and implementing same.
- Review budget allocated in line with results of campaign and strategy going forward.
- Providing creative insights to further assist brand development.
- Identify potential options to strengthen employer branding.
- Support recruiters on specific recruitment projects.
- Assist with tender applications.
- Monthly presentation of google analytics.
- Digital Market research & Competitor analysis.
- Measure & report performance on all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI).
This successful individual will have the following:
- Holder of a relevant degree qualification
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Proven experience of developing a business
- Experience within a recruitment setting would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- An innovative & creative approach.
