As the product manager for connecting third party products with Qualtrics Customer XM, you will work closely with the CX Integration engineering team in Dublin, that focuses on bringing together Qualtrics experience (X-data) and operational data (O-data) from various business platforms (including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics), allowing our users to have a holistic view of their own customer data, gather client feedback, create automated workflow triggers, and see all X and O data in a single view. As we expand our integration portfolio to other platforms and move towards a rich ecosystem around Qualtrics CX solution, you will be responsible for redefining and driving holistic CX integrations strategy for our B2B customers.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Product managers sit at the intersection of the customer, the business and the technology. Great Product Managers answer the call to deeply understand our customers and create success for them with our products. They are customer-obsessed, strategic, thorough, and highly creative in driving the following responsibilities:
- Have a “CEO Mindset” and own the product strategy for end to end salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and other customer XM specific integration products
- Build and maintain the business case for your product area, including market opportunity, user personas, and top use cases
- Manage the entire life cycle for your product area, from the framing of the problem, to aligning the solution, to forming the plan, to delivering the implementation, to iterating to make the products world-class
- Working with Product Marketing, build a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
- Participate in specific sales opportunities (customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, marketing events etc.)
- Build and improve processes for collecting customer feedback, building requirements, and maintaining long-term roadmap
- Participate in the business development and partnership building activities (demos for potential partners, roadmap alignments)
- Collaborate with other groups within the company to orchestrate successful product outcomes including: Sciences teams, Engineering, Design, Technical Program Management, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
- Minimum:
- BS degree or equivalent experience in technology industry,
- 6+ years product management experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B customer experience
- Desirable:
- MS or MBA degree,
- Experience growing and leading teams,
- Expertise in data platforms and big data
