Position Overview

Arlo is in search of a Senior Program Manager to support the IRS Office of Safeguards. The Senior Program Manager will provide sufficient management and status updates to ensure that tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements of the contract.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

  • Oversee and manage all contract activity including ensuring timely deliverables, budget tracking, and personnel management.
  • Conduct an orientation briefing for the Government client to initiate the communication process between the Government and Contractor.
  • Lead ramp-up knowledge transfer and transition-in efforts.
  • Facilitate a monthly status call to report on billings, progress, status, and any issues encountered.
  • Develop and maintain a program management plan that consists of control policies and procedures in accordance with standard industry practices for project administration, execution and tracking.
  • Schedule and facilitate an Annual Planning Meeting with Government leadership to activities for the upcoming year.

Education and Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree higher in any technical, business, or management discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or management capacity with responsibilities for management of subordinates and personnel issues and direction, in addition to relevant experience with responsibility for financial management, tracking and fiscal oversight of program funding.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in program management related to cybersecurity government work.
  • Working knowledge of the IRS organizations, including their infrastructure, responsibilities, programs, and initiatives is preferred.
  • A minimum of one of the following certifications:
    • CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), CCISO
