Our client is a Global provider of Workforce Transformation products & services and we have an immediate requirement for 2 x experienced Project Managers to join our Professional Services team to support the delivery of key client projects in the UK, EMEA/APAC/Australia of up to 6-months duration initially with high-likelihood of extending.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the successful delivery of complex multi-month Professional Services programs
• Build the customer relationship during the project planning & delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of all partners
• Maintain and communicate program status to all applicable collaborators
• Anticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program delivery
• Negotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both internal and external parties
• Critically evaluate procedures and processes to find opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes toward consistently repeatable delivery with an ability to scale with future growth
• Ensure programs meet budgetary expectations and profitability goals
• Conduct program retrospective analysis and transition the customer to the Account Management Team at the end of the project
• View delivery through the lens of the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties involved

Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years professional experience in project/program management
• Professional Services delivery experience is beneficial
• PMP certification is a plus

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: €600.00-€650.00 per day
