This is an exciting opportunity in a Risk and Compliance role. Working as part of a small team you will have the opportunity to influence the development and implementation of the Risk and Compliance Framework. The successful candidate will work closely with members of senior management in this role. The role is a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Compliance Framework and Compliance Plan
• Conducting compliance reviews
• Provide advice to the business on appropriateness and effectiveness of controls and the application of rules, regulations and the company’s compliance policies and procedures
• Review of products, documents and marketing communications for compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Participate on new business initiatives, ensuring that relevant compliance considerations and resulting risks, are duly assessed.
• Assist with the implementation, review and amendment of compliance policies/ procedures
• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework across Chill.
• Support senior management in identifying, monitoring, managing and reporting risks.
• Provide day to day advice, support and challenge to all functions on compliance matters.
• Maintain and develop the risk register process.
• Produce risk management papers for the Board / Risk Committee as required.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial services firm.
• Qualified accountant or suitable 3rd Level Qualification in a Business discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational, analytical and research skills
• Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
• Strong presentation skills
