Role Purpose

Team member within the Valuation department, conducting valuations and supporting job directors. Assisting with the development and training of graduate valuers.

Job Duties

Reporting to a valuation director, processing valuation work from engagement letters, inspecting property, drafting valuation reports, researching comparable transactions and reporting to clients. Assisting with training of junior team members. Providing valuation advice to key financial lenders for the following: Commercial properties (office, industrial retail) and residential/commercial/mixed-use development. Building successful relationships with clients, internal teams & external advisors.

Must be a chartered surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Ability to skillfully manage bank's/client’s expectations, excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational & time management skills. Proven track record of valuation work including using AE and Developer applications and report writing. Driving license required.
