Senior Team Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Co-Ordinator to join our Corporate Investment and Business Advisory (“CIBA”) department which specializes in investing in established SMEs through various Funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing investor correspondence to include preparation of mail merges
- Dealing with and managing investor queries
- Preparation of Board Packs for Investment Committee and Board Meetings
- Typing reports, memos, letters, fees, minutes etc.
- Raising invoices and daily postings to management accounts
- Daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Preparation of audit file for company audit
- Assistance in preparation of audit files for Fund audits
- Liaising with trustees of Funds
- Assisting in fundraising process including preparation of prospectus, marketing, and PR campaign etc.
- Assisting in preparation of Central Bank returns
- General office duties (answering phone, filing, opening post etc.).
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
