Product Managers in Data & Services at Mastercard
- Translate deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value

- Balance the long-term direction of a product with today’s needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of our products

- Drive globally relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and trade-offs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments

Role
- Drive new product development from opportunity identification to launching solutions (0->1); testing products around desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Work with UX designers, data engineering, developers, and technology teams (internal and external) to define business requirements, technical capabilities, and customer experiences
- Analyse business, data, and system interface requirements for roadmap features, system integrations, software maintenance items, or specific customer requests.
- Work with development teams, software architects, product management, and external groups to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and the software application context.
- Support development of user and release documentation
- Provide leadership on design, user research, testing, co-development best practices with clients
- Oversee the development of features in the product roadmap
- Prioritize development of features as they align against product strategy
- Define product usage metrics and work with development teams to monitor
- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
- Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor, develop, and foster the skills of more junior product managers

- Proven ability to align business strategy to software requirements
- Proven experience working with Software Engineering teams to collaboratively deliver working software.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems, and communicate effectively with technical specialists.
- Organizational skills and project management: ability to deal with multiple and competing priorities, structure and manage work streams, and set clear expectations and deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders from product, operational, architecture and development sides
- Experience working in Big Tech, FinTech, MarTech, Commercial B2B, data products a plus
- Developing solutions in a cloud native environment expertise a big plus
- Experience in product management / product development / software engineering preferred
- Third-level qualifications in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
