We are looking for an experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to create compelling user experiences across cross platform digital touchpoints as part of the Software Engineering Solutions (SES) group.

Software Engineering Solutions (SES) provides compelling software that meets customers’ specific needs, unlocks value of ADI digital and analog products, and ensures easy integration into customer solutions at the application level. We work at the intersection between hardware and software experiences to achieve ADIs core customer goals and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting experiences that make our products easy and delightful to use, driving the development of product initiatives, and taking a holistic approach on the experience from discovery to delivery. You will define, design, prototype and test product experiences and interactions to deliver exceptional user experience across a diverse product portfolio.
As a Senior UX Designer your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing user research studies, observing and analyzing end user behavior via structured synthesis
- Conducting user-testing on prototypes and product experience
- Initiating and facilitating collaborative sessions and workshops to help align team members on product direction
- Defining product flows for multi-touchpoint experiences
- Creating cross platform interactive prototypes and clickable wireframes used in user testing and engineering planning
- Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, as well as other cross-functional team members to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for product solutions. Helping Product Manager and key stakeholders shape the product strategy and vision
- Participating in design reviews and sharing your work regularly with the design and company leadership
- Collaborating with Design and Development to create production ready UI components, screens and experiences
- Structuring and facilitating ideation and other appropriate workshop formats
- Working closely with Designers and Developers to expand Design Systems
Characteristics:
- Ability to work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables
- Understands the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape a product. User focused with a strong business acumen
- Ability to make collaborative pragmatic decisions based on a holistic understanding of our products, services and latest SW and OS standards
- Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
- Experience designing for business and developer-focused products
- Works and thinks at a service level
- Passion for working with other designers to help each other learn and grow
- Skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help improve quality of end-product
- Curious and interested in experimenting with emerging technologies
