For close to 25 years our founders and employees have built a reputation as an exceptional full-service restaurant. From the establishment of our first restaurant in Pittsburgh PA, we have expanded to 10 location while bringing that same desire to take care of every guest that privileges us with their presence. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the General Manager & Manager , you will:
- High energy and commitment to excellence
- Professional & enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment while creating a memorable guest connection
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service
- Team player: it takes a team to keep our restaurants moving
- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
- Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
- Practice responsible alcohol service at all times
- Follow all company policies & procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year restaurant guest service or related experience is preferred.
- Quickly complete opening and closing duties each shift ensuring you and your peers are set for success
- Manage running side work efficiently
- This position requires full mobility and the ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
