Jackie Smalls is an eclectic, home-styled eatery & cafe, offering a Mediterranean breakfast & brunch in the heart of Wayne, NJ. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic & genuine people to join our team. We are looking for someone who is charismatic, energetic & confident when running the floor and handling clientele.

The responsibilities of our baristas & servers include, but not limited to:

• Serve food & beverages to all dine-in & takeout guests
• Making of coffee, juice & smoothie beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Maintain work space to a high degree of cleanliness
• Filling, stocking & maintaining of inventory
• Become familiar and knowledgeable with our menu, including ability to respond to questions regarding ingredients, allergies, etc.
• Take orders via POS systems and handling both cash & credit card payments
• Create customer relationships & provide personalized service to all guests
• Execute opening and/or closing shifts with their respective duties
