"Clairet Denver" is a new cocktail bar in Wash Park. Changing from the previous concept, the new staff will all be a pivotal part of the success of the Restaurant. We serve craft cocktails, wine & spirits, paired with exquisitely prepared small plates. The space is intimate, and fun to work - but requires experience and professionalism. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to communicate with patrons and fellow employees in a courteous manner. We are looking for applicants with previous bartending and or serving experience, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable interacting with a diverse crowd of guests.

Responsibilities:

• Mix cocktails at a busy bar.
• Serve tables with personality and attention to detail.
• Take drink orders from customers and prepare drinks.
• Communicate with staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and proper service.
• Check IDs to ensure that customers do not order alcoholic beverages if they are under the legal drinking age.
• Engage in friendly conversation with customers to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Perform basic customer service functions; e.g., bus tables, attend to customer needs, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
