We are looking for a skilled and friendly servers, baristas, hosts and bartenders to join our team! This position play a big role for creating and providing best customer experience and satisfaction.

Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Restaurant Server duties and responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Restaurant Server qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Server
• Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
• 1 years of experience with cash register and any ordering information system
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening
• Good physical condition
• Customer-centric
• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus

Compensation:

Servers Base Pay $3.00 per hour plus tip (Current Avg is $28/hr)

Barista or Bartender $10 per hour plus tip (Current Avg is $20/hr)

Host $9 per hour for no experience, $10 with experience

We operate with Tip Pooling with 10% of Credit Card tips entered into the employee pool and dispersed to all hourly employees. Pay is Bi-Weekly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
