Motor Trucks has an immediate opening for a service writer at our Mount Vernon location. We are a growing company with opportunities for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a automotive or heavy duty diesel truck service writer ( Customer service experience and above average mechanical knowledge). Experience with the following products would be a plus: Cat, Cummins, International.
Service writers are responsible for data entry and customer updates in our business system, emails, and phone calls with service customers. Candidates must have strong communications skills and enjoy being proactive.
18.00 - 25.00 to start - DOE.
