Tanner Motors is currently hiring for an experienced Service Advisor. Are you looking for a career, rather than just your next job? This position requires excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high-paced, high-volume workday. Candidates must be self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude. Sales skills, office skills, and automotive background are a plus but not required. Duties in this position are, but not limited to, excellent communication with customers, service manager, and technicians, multitasking, scheduling appointments, ordering, and returning parts, estimating, and using our shop software system for customer communication and invoicing. Tanner Motors is a family-owned and operated European automotive repair facility. We specialize in the service and repair of Volvo, BMW, Mini Cooper, Mercedes Benz, and Audi vehicles. Tanner Motors has built its outstanding reputation on honesty and integrity always putting the customer first. We all work as a team to deliver the most exceptional services we can to our customers. This is a full-time position. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. We do not believe in working weekends as this gives us all time to enjoy our families, friends, and hobbies. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance, dental insurance, matching IRA, and long-term disability. Pay is based on experience. Must have a clean driving record.
