Overview
The service delivery manager ("SDM") shall be responsible for the overall delivery and performance of the Services and Deliverables under the Agreement. The SDM will manage the overall execution and fulfilment of Services and shall be the operational main point of contact with Meta's appointed representative across all Services executed as part of the Agreement. The location of these services shall be agreed between the Parties and as further identified in the relevant Order Form.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for estimates, budget and forecast versus actualised costs and hours for service under the Agreement as requested by Meta. Format and cadence for these to be agreed between the Parties.
- Accountable for planning and resource allocation for all Services and Deliverables as provided for in the Agreement.
- Performs active risk management for associated with the Services and Deliverables. Risk management will be documented and stored in a location established with Meta
- Responsible for delivery and performance management for Vendor Personnel.
- Attendance and leading of meetings required in relation to Services and Deliverables.
- Manage and maintain metrics and reporting relevant to the Services and Deliverables.
- Management and final sign off for Vendor Personnel timesheets, expenses, Services and Deliverables in accordance with Vendor and Meta requirements.
- Act as single point of contract for dealing with escalation matters.
- Manages all aspects of employee relations, training, career growth and development of Vendor Personnel.
- Performs visit Service Location to meet with Vendor Personnel and support Vendor Personnel as required.
- Attends business reviews, active management of key performance indicators (each a "KPI") and act as main point of contact to ensure Vendor Personnel are up to date with relevant Meta, and other, policies.
- Accountable to ensure proper management of on and off boarding of Vendor Personnel and ongoing management of equipment and policy and training compliance.
- Any other requirements to ensure the Services and Deliverables are performed in accordance with the Agreement.
Qualifications
- +5 Years of documented people and team management experience.
- +5 Years of documented industry experience relevant to leading data center construction and/or operations teams or support teams.
- Experience in owning and managing budgets and delivery.
- Excellent communication and communications skills.
- Proficiency with MS package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in managing and collaborating across multi-disciplines/teams to deliver towards a common goal.
