A leading IT Services organisation is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a permanent position in Dublin city centre. You will be a key member of a well-established ICT Services and Solutions company. You will manage Service delivery for one of the organisations key customers based in Dublin city centre, beside luas bus and train lines. You will have excellent stakeholder management experience.

What you will be doing in the role:
- Supporting the customer's needs - supporting systems, processes and procedures.
- Service improvement.
- Working to SLA's.
- Dealing with various levels of stakeholders up to C level.
- Managing service delivery to one of the organisations key customers.
- Excellent communication skills
What you will need:
- 4+ years' experience in a Service Delivery Manager role in in IT Infrastructure/Networks/Support.
- Proven stakeholder management skills developed over your IT career.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing customer/supplier relationships.
- ITIL
- Prince2
- Experience with adhering to and developing business processes.
- Incident mgmt. experience
- Experience presenting to senior management
