We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to focus on our Service Fusion Brand. Founded in 2014, Service Fusion, now an EverCommerce company, serves nearly 4,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

As a Sales Development Representative for Service Fusion, you will be helping Account Executives build pipeline through a series of activities including, but not limited to, lead qualification and outbound demand generation. These activities will result in scheduling product demonstrations for our prospective new clients delivered by our Account Executive team.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn Service Fusion’s products and market
  • Become an expert in the tools necessary to be successful: VanillaSoft, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, call scripts sales rhythms.
  • Generate pipeline for the sales consultants through setting appointments for online demonstrations.
  • Create sales opportunities through lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Engage with prospective customers via telephone; 200+ dials per day.
  • Build relationships with sales consultants and customer success managers.
  • Grow book of business in the Small Business Segment
  • Consistently meet monthly KPIs and Sales goals.
  • Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so.
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of Service Fusion’s sales methodology and full sales cycle.
  • Work with mentors and sales leaders to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
  • 1-2 years of call center experience that includes utilizing a defined sales process to prospect and qualify customers, assess their needs, and position a solution for them.
  • Demonstrated ability to make 100+ calls daily.
Where:
This is a hybrid role based in either Dallas TX or Binghamton NY. Candidate must be willing to work from the office once per week. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
