Four Seasons is a solid, growth- driven company delivering quality products. Through over 20 locations across the US, we serve contractors with their building product’s needs. Our products include: Four Season Sunrooms, Pergolas and Patio Covers, replacement windows, bi-fold doors and composite decking.

Currently we have an opening for a Service Technician to join our team in our Holbrook, NY office. The qualified candidate will be responsible for fixing and servicing sunrooms and windows to our customers in Nassau and Suffolk County.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints by resolving installment problems
• Conduct window and sunroom repairs and ensure assignments are completed to customers satisfaction
• Interact with customers in a professional manner, while maintaining the integrity of Four Seasons reputation
• Ensure vehicle being driven is fully equipped with necessary parts, products, tools and resources necessary to complete assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum High diploma and 1-3 years prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing and/or window installation
• Clean driving record
• General remodeling experience is a plus
• Basic Arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Technical /engineering knowledge helpful but not required.
• Must be able to work some Saturdays.
