The successful candidate will ensure that the shop is clean and organized and that teams are on task. Responsibilities include providing customer service, handling cash, managing inventory, and reporting any issues to the manager.

As Shift Leader, some of your core activities will include:
- Open and close registers, and resolve cash overages and shortages.
- Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
- Monitor daily sales performance to adjust staffing.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.
- Perform shop openings and closing procedures.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
- Address customer and employee complaints.
- Resolve conflicts between workers.
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role.
- Commitment to excellent service.
- Working well within a team.
- Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma is preferred.
Requirements:
- Full availability to work on weekdays and evenings.

- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role.
