Paw-Paw's Catfish House in downtown Bastrop is looking for a full time Shift Leader/ Assistant Manager. Must be available nights and weekends. Looking for someone with at least 1 year management or shift leader experience in the restaurant business.

Restaurant managers run and assist the employees during the shift. They direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Managers act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.

Our managers make sure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions.

We are a small family owned restaurant that treat our team like family. We pay competitive depending on experience. Our ideal candidate would be a fun leader that inspires the team each and every day.
