About This Role:
World Distribution Services, a World Group company, is currently looking for a detail-oriented person to join our family as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our Savannah, Georgia warehouse!
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the shipping and receiving office, including daily interactions with truck drivers and ensuring all inbound and outbound paperwork is processed correctly. Does this sound like you or fit your experience? Get in touch with us by applying here.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the CPG, Savannah Yard Management System
• Customer communication via email
• Import/export paperwork compliance
• Inbound/outbound load closings
• Bill of Lading creation
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience within a 3PL warehouse environment
• Experience working with a WMS such as Synapse
• Experience with shipping and receiving previously
