Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer loaders and compact track loaders in a safe manner to be staged and loaded onto delivery vehicles.
- Perform a visual inspection and walk-around on units before they ship to validate units are optioned as ordered and have no visible defects.
- Maintain files and records as well as prepare special reports by gathering necessary information and data to take action on pending matters.
- Pulling and loading of orders. Verify part numbers and addresses to the BOL that will be shipped via FEDEX, TL, or LTL.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with WCM standards.
- Carry out instructions and assignments given to the employee by his/her supervisor in an efficient manner.
Must be able to effectively prioritize work tasks and requirements independently.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18
- 1+ years of experience working in an industrial environment (logistics department experience preferred)
- Must be able to legally operate a forklift and motor vehicle
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, and short correspondence memos
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across various groups and levels of management
- Process-oriented background with ability to understand business strategy needs and address issues in a logical and systematic manner
- Computer skills required include Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Excel databases and internal CNH systems (SAP, CMS)
- Proficient in the use of lean quality tools and concepts
