We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Shipping Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping orders, maintaining accurate shipping records, and ensuring timely delivery of packages to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and package orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipped and received items.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure all products are properly stored and accounted for
• Schedule and arrange pickup and delivery of packages.
• Track and monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Ensure all packages and properly labeled and packaged according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk on in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail an accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• knowledge of shipping procedures and regulations
• Proficient in using computers and software, including Microsoft office and shipping software
• Ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment
