We are seeking fashion forward individuals with a drive for advancement within Dillard’s to work in our Shoe department. Would be responsible for a personal sales goal and for merchandising the floor, taking markdowns, and offering the highest level of customer service. Must dress professional! This is a unique position as it pays a great hourly wage and commission. Dillard’s is the #1 retailer for Ladies, Mens and Kids Shoes so this is a great opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
