Site Manager (Waterford / South East)

Project: Residential

Leading Building contractor has an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Established over 60 years, our client is synonymous with high quality buildings in residential, Commercial & Fit Out.

Working closely with the senior management the team,

Responsible for all on-site matters, reviewing progress of contracts with project manager. Responsible for resourcing and directing site teams and subcontractors.

the successful individual will have:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in delivering projects in the commercial & residential sectors
• Ability to resource & direct site team.
• Manage subcontractors
