SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities

The Security Manager will work autonomously to ensure high service standards are met on a consistent basis for the safety and security of our client.

• Interviewing and selection of security staff
• Conduct onboarding and training
• Create and implement policy
• Review and submission of payroll
• Act as the company/client liaison
• Coaching and counseling with staff
• Responsible for meeting site goals to minimize overtime
• Review of officer activity to ensure consistent program administration
• Schedule all Security personnel, approve time off requests and manage call off procedures
• The ideal candidate will possess previous managerial experience in the contract security field, law enforcement, or military.

• Interviewing/hiring skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven customer service experience
• Scheduling for multiple staff members
• Knowledge of the logistics, trucking, or hauling industry
• Knowledge in site safety/security program administration
